I don't know about you, but I love healthy snacks. That's why my for you at tik tok is filled with healthy & easy recipes. I've tried quite a few so let's go over which ones stood out, mostly based on taste and convenience.

1. Frozen Banana Snickers

Definitely, this is my #1 as it combines all my favorite tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 8 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • Salt

Instructions:

  • Cut the bananas in half, then cut each half lengthwise to create 4 oblong quarters.
  • Melt your dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  • Assemble your banana snickers by spreading peanut butter on your bananas and then top with some peanuts, melted chocolate and salt.
  • Put them in the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden everything up and then enjoy!

2. Yogurt & Blueberry Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Dark chocolate

 

Instructions:

  • Spread non-stick paper on a baking sheet set aside.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix the fruit and yogurt until the fruit is covered by the yogurt mixture.
  • Empty them into 1 tablespoon-sized balls on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the freezer for at least two hours.
  • Melt your dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  • Coat each frozen bite with dark chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  • Put it back in the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden everything and then enjoy!

Extra tip! Of course you can substitute blueberries with any other red fruit you like!

3. Healthy Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of yoghurt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup of chopped red fruit
  • ¼ cup chocolate drops

 

Instructions:

  • Spread nonstick paper on a baking sheet.
  • Mix the yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Spread the mixture on the baking tray.
  • Scatter the strawberries on top and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
  • Place in the freezer until very firm, at least 3 hours.
  • To serve, cut or break into small pieces.
