Return Policy

RETURN – REPLACEMENT POLICY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

1. Withdrawal prior to the receipt of the Goods

(a) Prior to shipment / receipt of Good/s – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone at. 213 0449422 (local charge), [contact hours:Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time]- (excluding public holidays in Greece).

(b) Following shipment / Prior to receipt of Goods – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by telephone calling at tel. 213 0449422 (local charge), [contact hours:Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time]- (excluding public holidays in Greece), while it is presumed (cancellation) following lapse of seven (7) calendar days as of Goods delivery to the premises of the cooperating carrier following an unsuccessful delivery attempt. In this latter event, relevant notification (via sms) by the cooperating carrier will follow to your contact details.

(c) Following cancellation pursuant to the above under (a) and (b) events, the Company will proceed, within 14 calendar days to refund each of you, interest-free, with any payment that has been possibly made on your part [1. product value with the exception of cash on delivery payments (for purchases in Greece only); and 2. shipping costs except if shipment was free of charge. We do not return shipping costs when: (i) purchases were made from non-EU countries, (ii) you chose your own courier or other mode of transport, ie not the carrier with which the Company cooperates].

It is clarified that the cost of return under paragraph (b) herein-above (shipping cost – applicable custom duties etc) will fully burden you and will be deducted from the value you are going to receive back. Return cost is provided as follows:

  • Purchases within Greece: five (5) euros,
  • Purchases within Germany, Cyprus, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland: twenty (20) euros
  • Purchase within USA: forty (40) euros
  • Purchases within Australia: fifty (50) euros) and
  • Purchases outside the EU: twenty six (26) euros.

(d) Refund under (a) and (b) above, will either be credited to your bank account (solely in the event of purchases inside Greece), or to your credit / debit card, depending on the payment instruments you used for your initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed by email to be sent to [email protected]. If return is made by crediting your bank account (solely in the event of purchases inside Greece), we would kindly ask you to inform us by email to [email protected].for your account number (IBAN), the banking institution where you maintain your account and the name of the beneficiary / account holder as indicated in your bank booklet. For security reasons, the account number holder must be the same person listed on the purchase receipt / invoice for the Good/s you have returned.

(e) Occasionally there may be a delay in crediting your credit / debit card that may be due to the bank. Please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], or by telephone at 213 0449422 (local charge). [contact hours:Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time]- (excluding public holidays in Greece), if you haven’t received your credit within 14 calendar days.


2. Withdrawal following receipt of the Goods

(a) If you are a physical entity (consumer) who makes the purchase for personal use and not for your individual activity (commercial, business, craft or professional), then you are entitled to return the Goods sold, free of charge, within (14) calendar days as of their receipt, without having to reason this return. For the exercise of the above right of withdrawal, you will be sent a relevant form of withdrawal (Return Form) which will guide you step-by-step towards finalization of your return. Considering the courier service with which you received the goods, please select the corresponding withdrawal form:

It is clarified that:

  • the exercise of your withdrawal right (sending the request and the Good/s) must take place at the latest within 14 calendar days as of the date of receipt of the Good/s (Proof of date of receipt: courier’s or post house’s stamp or in any other case any other official indication of the delivery date ) and that
  • For hygienic purposes, you may not return or ask for replacement of swimsuit and the tanpire self tan serum if this has been opened.

(b) If you exercise the above right to withdraw within the aforementioned 14-calendar days as of the date of receipt of the Good/s, the Company will proceed, within 14 calendar days to refund each of you, interest-free, with any payment that has been possibly made on your part [1. product value with the exception of cash on delivery payments (for purchases in Greece only); and 2. shipping costs except if shipment was free of charge. We do not return shipping costs when: (i) purchases were made from non-EU countries, (ii) you chose your own courier or other mode of transport, ie not the carrier with which the Company cooperates]. The Company is entitled to suspend / withhold the refund until it receives the Good/s.

It is clarified that the cost of return (shipping cost – applicable custom duties etc) will fully burden you and will be deducted from the value you are going to receive back. Return cost is provided as follows:

  • Purchases within Greece: five (5) euros,
  • Purchases within Germany, Cyprus, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland: twenty (20) euros

(c) RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT SOLELY FOR PURCHASES INSIDE GREECE: If you have made purchases within Greece, you have the option, in addition to withdrawing / canceling your order, to request a CHANGE or a REFUND (excluding the goods marked "Final Offers").

If you want to make a CHANGE of equal value in relation to the color or size of the product you bought, for the first time after its purchase ( first change), then you have the opportunity to do it completely free of charge. The free change option is valid only in this case.

In case of change with the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, but also in any other case of change, always within fourteen (14) days from the day you received your order, you must have previously contacted us via email and specifically at info@nothinkin.

(e) Refund will either be credited to your bank account (solely in the event of purchases inside Greece), or to your credit / debit card, depending on the payment instruments you used for your initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed by email to be sent to [email protected]. (g) In any case of return, the Good/s must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice of purchase that was sent to you electronically. In all the above cases, Good/s must be in the condition originally received by you, complete and free of damages (bearing the labels with their qualitative characteristics and prices, other labels and stickers) and their packaging must be the one that normally it accompanies the Goods (must agree with the Company’s codes) and must be in perfect condition, together with all the documents accompanying the Good/s (eg Shipping Bulletin, Invoice, Retail Receipt and so on).


3. Defective Goods

(a) The Company takes every possible measure to ensure that all Good/s (irrespective of the item) is packaged specifically and carefully to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that some of the Good/s may be worn when shipped to you. Also in very rare cases you may receive a Good with a defect. For this reason, and irrespective of your above-mentioned right of withdrawal, which is unaffected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

(b) If you find that there is a deterioration and / or a defect in the product, then in view of the Company’s liability for actual defects in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code and L. 2251/1994, please inform us by contacting us on the telephone number of the Customer Service Center at 213 0449422 (local charge). [contact hours:Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 Greece Time]- (excluding public holidays in Greece), telling us if you wish to receive new goods as a replacement or if you wish to exercise your withdrawal right as per above. If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw and refund your money, this will be done, either by crediting your bank account (solely in the event of purchases inside Greece), or your credit / debit card, depending on the payment instruments you used for your initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed by email to be sent to [email protected]. 4. Withdrawal Procedure / Return of Defective Goods

(a) The procedure for returning the Goods you have ordered from our Online Store is simple and is carried out in accordance with the steps outlined in the Return Form and the printed Return Guide.

In particular:

You will receive a Return Form containing the details of your order (order number), the ordered Goods, the sales / purchase invoice number and the date of issue, as well as your details. [You will tick the boxes with the Goods you want to return, you mention the reason for the return – what you want to do (refund, credit, replacement with the same product, replacement with another product, etc.) –you send the Good/s together with the Return Form to the address to be displayed each time on the Return Form following the instructions of the printed Return Form.

(b) In any case of return, the Good/s must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice of purchase that has been sent to you electronically.  In all the above cases, Good/s must be in the condition originally received by you, complete and free of damages (bearing the labels with their qualitative characteristics and prices, other labels and stickers) and their packaging must be the one that normally it accompanies the Goods (must agree with the Company’s codes) and must be in perfect condition, together with all the documents accompanying the Good/s (eg Shipping Bulletin, Invoice, Retail Receipt and so on).

(c) In all cases of return due to defective Goods, return shall be made at the Company’s charge. If the return is made with another courier company, the refund will burden you fully.
