New Year, New goals and with 2022 right at our door, and its times for our retrospection for the year that is leaving, and we set new goals. Among our New Year's Resolution is to love our body even more. Embrace you and your flaws and after the true or false reality of social media the next thing is the acceptance of body diversity and concerns every age.

But why do I mention this? Because our bodies as well as almost everything around us changes at a very fast pace. Thus, each age decade that passes brings its own element and at the same time when it changes it leaves its own mark and this, although very different in each of us, is a common characteristic. What do I mean? Our body changes, all of us the body changes, from 20, to 30 to 40 and continues but it changes differently.

It is very important to listen and observe our body accepting every change, while of course with modern interventional methods they can shape each of our parts as we want it. However, reality lies behind the acceptance of our body as it is and no matter how much it changes and even though that for years a "fake" body reality had been created today this is finally changing.

From the small but so huge society of social media little by little, a large part of people is affected by motivational quotes and images of millions of other people who debunk the "ideals" and embrace the changes in their bodies. Even big fashion houses use models of all ages and body types to highlight both diversity and normality in growing and changing.

It may sound strange to you, but it is worth manifesting your love for your body and it is very important even for your mental health. Be happy with what you have while working for what you want.
