And it's time to say goodbye to 2022, with the good and the bad it left us. It is the right time to manifest everything we want in our lives in the new year. What exactly does "manifest" mean? To manifest means to focus on something, set something as a goal, shape my attention and daily life around it. As a result, I bring it into my life. It sounds like something we would all like, each for different goals they may have. Today the No Thinkin Team will tell you some steps you can follow to manifest what you dream of in 2023.

1. Identify what you want

Figure out what are the things that you really want. What is it that you have always wanted for yourself that is completely within your control? Ask yourself what would make you happiest if you achieved it. How exactly would you feel if you achieved this? Make a list of what you want and why. Spend time with each goal. Is it a big or small goal? If it seems too difficult, you can break it into smaller ones.

2. Figure out your "why"

Make sure your goals are something you really want. If you look at them too superficially, you will give up at the first obstacle. For example, if you want to eat healthy. What is the why? Apart from looking better, your good physical condition and well-being are more important. Try to look for the "deeper" reasons until you find the one that really motivates you. Think of it every time you struggle with something.

3. Be selective & keep balance

Pick a goal or two that you would like to pursue this year. Yes, one or two. We know, we all want to do it all, especially at the beginning of every year! But the most frequent mistake we make is to set too many goals and this ends in disaster and... disappointment. Too many changes at the same time usually results in "fight or flight" logic. This we can maintain for a short time. But then our body is overwhelmed with stress, which eventually stops us from doing everything. Therefore, the list you make should be short.

4. Visualize success & difficulties

Continue your routine and day as normal, but knowing exactly when and where you will work on the goals you set. Find some time in the morning when you wake up or at night before you go to sleep to visualize the moment you achieve your goals. How they will change your life. What will your life look like in 1, 2, 5 years from now? Of course, you should be realistic about what difficulties you will face. Try to find any limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Try to think exactly what you will say to yourself, in the moments when you want to give up.

5. Make a detailed plan

It's great to know "where" you're going, but you also need to know "how" you're going to get there. Detailed plans written down (very important) are much more likely to be effective. What are the exact steps you will follow? Write all the details. It could be waking up 5 minutes earlier to read, or listening to a podcast on your way to work, or preparing healthy snacks for the next day before bed.

6. Regularly "check" what you have achieved

Once a week. Not once a day or once a month. Choose a day of the week to check what you did last week. What went well and what not so well? Maybe for example reading every day is a bit too much, too soon for you. Maybe your guitar lessons need to be 20 minutes instead of an hour. Let your plans grow with you. Be flexible. Be kind to yourself.

7. Do a "reset" whenever needed

Give yourself permission to stop, take a break, and start over. Not everything is black or white. Do a "reset" whenever you need it, energetically and mentally. Remember, that the goals you set are part of a larger, substantial change in your lifestyle.
