It is a fact that Social Media is a daily and integral part of our everyday life today. From the simple scrolling of seeing the everyday life of someone "unknown" to basing a large part of your business on this type of advertising is definitely the driving force in the development of technology around networking platforms.

Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and countless more apps have conquered the home screen of our mobile and every day we get lost in a virtual reality. And I say we are lost because objectively the internet is VAST! You can find, see and write, not just you and all of us. And here I come to ask you.. How true is everything we see? Of course a drop does not make the ocean and this is important to know. So a snapshot, a video, a picture or a sound has its own story. A perfect image may not be what you see at all and hide behind both editing and alteration. The same with a person's daily life. Each of us chooses to show something different and to a large extent it is the truth, the one that the other wants us to see.

It is no coincidence that you open your original in the insta and see only beautiful images. The perfect makeup, the perfect hair, the perfect nails. A virtual reality that wants everything to be ideal. But what are the ideals and why should we see only the perfect ones? Now over exposure is something that brings revelations and more and more influencers are called and are more natural and "unfiltered", one might say more real. But it doesn't stop there, in following real people or contenting ourselves with what we see.

If anything you should keep from all the above it is this: Learn to filter every information and image you see on Social Media today. Some are very real and some very false. Do not trap yourself in a reality that does not correspond to your own wants just for internet exposure and see Social media as a platform tool that will contribute creatively and helpfully to your daily life.
