Surely you have looked at old albums with photos of your parents, your siblings showing the reality of the 90's. The beautiful natural bodies - Jane Fonda was the icon of a healthy lifestyle - but also the unpretentious beauty of the women who had not yet discovered such intrusive plastic surgery.

There were not always in fashion pictures of women with large breasts, rounded buttocks, and the perfect nose. Let's not forget that Barbara Streisand was from productions for her nose until she got her first role and became one of the biggest stars with her trademark "ugly" nose. Yes hear you saying that , everything changes will not change the standards of beauty?

Yes! And everything is part of the change of either the good or the bad. We do not live in the same society as then, nor do we have the same sources as the internet and the thousands of images of supposed standards. Everything has its peak point and its drop, so it happens with plastic surgery. When something so complex becomes easily accessible and cheap then it attracts more people. For example, in recent years the No. 1 role model is Kim Kardashian and her sister Kylie Jenner. Thanks to their intensely pear -ly like body, their juicy lips and their voluminous bodice became famous, managing to influence countless girls around the world to acquire the same body intrusively. Plastic procedures on lips, chest, nose - for cosmetic reasons - but also many other parts of the body change and change into an image of today that may not exist in a few years and unfortunately will not be reversible.

It may now be a "politically correct" time to intervene in your body, but it is a costly decision that will not be easily overturned if you change your mind. It is not bad or shameful to want to interfere with your body. It is yours and you will do what you think is right, but always make sure you are "influenced" by healthy people and images that promote love and respect for our body while thinking very carefully about the change you want to make before lying on the surgeons bed.

The way you love yourself is the way you love others. The way you love others is the same way showing love to yourself. – Stefanos Xenakis
