Let's normalize a few things and between them and a woman’s menstruation. Yes, the menstrual cycle of a woman who knocks on the door every month and causes a variety of emotions. Sanitary pads, tampons, pain, sex, hunger, and nerves are just some of the words that are inextricably linked to a woman's period and not unfairly.

So just for the record let me tell you, that once menstruation considere a curse for a woman. Over the years realizations have been made but without talking about it that a woman has a menstrual cycle every month and the first sanitary napkins in the form of cloths became the first exclusively female product. Over the years continues to be a taboo and make it difficult for the woman even in her job. But why? Something so natural that it is the means of healthy reproduction of a woman, it is possible to be considered even today so taboo.

The answer should normally be not as with the evolution of Social Media, the images of hairs on genitals and the total release of the female image, the period should not be taboo. Sanitary pads and the companies behind them spend millions on campaigns, while alternative methods such as tampons and cups are the channel of a sense of freedom when a woman is "during her days."

From taboos to urban legend and a lot is heard. True or not, in fact each one of us individually knows better what we should and how she wants to spend her period, but we do not need to "hide" about something normal but to make sure that we are informed, visit our gynecologist, and maintain the health of our reproductive system.
