September is officially here, so it’s time to talk about some healthy habits and tips in order to get the season off to a strong start.
Many of us think that the appropriate month to define our new goals and our new habits is January as the beginning of the year, the so-called ‘new year’s resolution’. No Thinkin team has an opposite opinion and believes that every month is ideal for a new beginning. So, review your last months and what you achieved. What could you improve? Don't let a whole year pass to reset your goals.

New month, new goals and let’s get started with the habits we want to put into our daily life this month.

Move your body
Work out daily. Wear your favorite activewear set and listen to your body, figure out what works best for you and your body.

 Meal prep for the week
Make an attempt to prepare your meals at home. When you cook, you can control the exact quantity going in your body as well as the quality of the ingredients.

 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Water is an essential to life and your body needs it to function properly. The first thing you need to do when you wake up is drink a glass of water. Water will increase your mental clarity and it will jump start your metabolism too.

Get away from your screen
Turn on your self care mode and disconnect from everything. It’s a good idea to listen to your favorite podcast or playlist, read your book, go for a walk to the nature or anywhere you calm down. Take care for yourself daily, do your skincare routine and enjoy a hot shower! So set boundaries with your screen time.

 Chapter: Sleep
Make sleep a top priority. It’s absolutely essential to our emotional and physical well-being and is tied to many health issues.

So these are some of the healthy habits that we want to include in our daily life for this season. Be the best version of yourself, No Thinker!

xoxo
